We charge a flat hourly rate of $40/hour. It generally takes about 5-8 hours to set up a webpage, and another 2-3 hours to build in inventory lists and descriptions. You won't be charged anything until work has started and your site is actually reachable by your customers. Who knows, by that time you may have already made a sale from your webpage, easily paying for itself!
